- No deposit is required before installation begins.
- Full payment terms will be outlined in your quotation or invoice.
- Ownership of equipment remains with NCSP Solar until full payment is received.
5. Installation & Compliance
- All installations are carried out in accordance with South African electrical standards.
- A Certificate of Compliance (COC) will be issued upon completion.
- The client must ensure safe and reasonable access to the installation site.
6. Warranties
- Equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer (e.g., inverters, batteries, panels).
- Workmanship warranty is provided by NCSP Solar (duration specified in quotation).
- Warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse or tampering
- External factors (weather, power surges, vandalism)
7. Limitation of Liability
NCSP Solar shall not be held liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of income due to system downtime
- Damages caused by factors beyond our control
