At NCSP Solar, we are committed to delivering high-quality solar systems and professional installation services. Due to the technical and customised nature of our products, our returns and refunds policy is structured to ensure fairness and transparency.

2. Custom Systems (Non-Returnable)

All solar systems are custom-designed and configured based on your specific energy requirements.

Installed systems are non-returnable
Custom-ordered equipment cannot be returned once procured

3. Cancellations

Before Installation:

Orders may be cancelled before installation begins
An administration fee may apply
Deposits may be partially refundable depending on procurement status

After Equipment Procurement:

If equipment has already been ordered or delivered, refunds may not apply

4. Faulty or Defective Equipment

If a component is faulty:

It will be handled under the manufacturer’s warranty
NCSP Solar will assist with:
- Diagnosis
- Replacement or repair process

👉 No direct refunds are issued for faulty equipment—only repair or replacement.

5. Installation Issues

If there is an issue with workmanship:

We will inspect and resolve the problem promptly
Covered under our workmanship warranty
No refunds are issued, but corrections will be made at no cost (within warranty terms)
